Federal Proclamation

Originally enacted to honor the birthday of President John F.Kennedy, this event has been expanded to honor the presidents with Massachusetts roots: Kennedy, John Adams, John Quincy Adams, and Calvin Coolidge. It is one of the few modern proclaimations that are not celebrated on a Monday or Friday.

Repeats every year on the 29 of May 10 times .
