*Pony Rides, Petting Zoo, Bounce Houses, Kids Games, Silent Auction, Prize Drawings & More!
We invite you to celebrate our community at this annual event in the parking lot located at 920 8th Street Calhan, CO. We will have vendors, food, bands, DJ, bounce houses, kid games, petting zoo, pony carousel, dancing, silent auction, prize drawings, and more. If you would like to volunteer time, donate to the event, or be a vendor please contact our office.
Attached below you will find the vendor map with spaces available and an application to fill out. Spaces are 10x10; so plan how much space you need accordingly. You can submit the online form or print the paper form below. If you submit the online form you can pay $10 per space on our website using the Municipay Button or send payment to the address listed below. Your spot will not be reserved until we receive payment.
IMPORTANT REMINDER: THE BEER GARDEN HOLDS A LIQUOR LICENSE FOR THE EVENT AND ALL ALCOHOL SALES ARE PERMITTED THROUGH THEM ALONE. NO PERSONAL OR PRIVATE ALCOHOL IS ALLOWED AT THE EVENT.
1) All Vendors must disclose products they are selling and company name-this prevents duplicate booths & duplicate products from companies that do not allow 2 vendors at the same event (example: Paparazzi, Thirty-One, etc.).
2) No weather refunds will be given.
3) There will be no driving on Summer Fest grounds or vendor isles after 4:30 pm for safety. There will be a vendor parking area for extra vehicles.
4) Your electronic submission is your acknowledgement that any decisions regarding this event is at the sole determination of The Town of Calhan.
5) Please include your city, state, & zip in your mailing address below. We like to mail invites and thank you cards; but we can't if you don't provide an accurate address.
