Park Activity Permit
A park activity permit is required for organized athletic activities (whether practices, regular games, or tournaments), and for reserving the pavilion for special events, or social gatherings. Examples of activities requiring a permit include parties, picnics, family reunions and special events, and organized non-school sanctioned athletic leagues such as football, baseball, softball, soccer, basketball, and roller hockey.
Other incidental use by park patrons and Calhan School District sanctioned school athletics and school outings at Calhan/Thomason Park do not need a permit.
